Shipping Policy

- Gaming Grounds will ship pre-orders as they become available and not before pre-order release dates, we may from time to time ship prior to a release date in a way in which the product will arrive to you on or reasonably close to release

- Gaming Grounds will aim to ship within 1-2 business days at most once an order is paid for and processed for in stock items

- Shipping Payable by customer will be reasonably priced as to cover the costs of shipping and packaging of the product, we may from time to time absorb some of these costs for larger purchases where able

- Gaming Grounds will use either Australia Post or Sendle, whichever is most convenient or appropriate to get your package on time

- Apart from our times to arrange a delivery of your product, Gaming Grounds takes no responsibility for the time it may take a postal service to deliver your item, we will give you tracking and to the best of our ability ensure your package arrives in a timely manner, but once sent we unfortunately do not have any control over how long the postage service takes to deliver an item. 

- If an item fails to be delivered due to a postal error there is a limited amount of insurance on products unless additional insurance is paid for by the customer.
